Christine in the service department is outstanding. Have been buying cars at Tracy for 30 plus years. I gave a 5 star as I always do for the outstanding customer service and quality. If it was not for my history I would have given a 3- or 4-star rating. My new Arteon was having its usual service update. A bump was found in one of my tires. It was explained to me it would be at least until October before I could get a replacement. When I asked why so long all I was told there were no available tires for my car. I am now riding around in a car that is not safe. I was told to just watch out for potholes. then what?

I had to bring my car in at 8:00am but it didn’t start getting serviced until 4:00. I did not receive any detail of what was included in the service except that it was the 30K warranty service. Even the manual doesn’t say what is done during this maintenance. Lastly, I would have expected my car to be cleaned and for there to be set and mat protectors. None.
