My experience was excellent !!! No hard sell, just lots of information and sincere enthusiasm about the 2005 ID 4. I have either leased or bought cars from Tracy Volkswagon for the past twenty years and I would go no where else. N ever phoney hard sell, just helpful information an sincerity.
