    Service writers and service staff at Tracy VW are professional and courteous as always. Worthy of 5 stars even during their construction project. My problem lies with the lack of a complete service. Ford has "The Works", which includes proper tire rotation at the 10,000 mile service interval. At VW, it is an add-on expense to the 10,000 mile service, putting it well above the total cost for The Works with 9 quarts of oil for my F150. With my 2022 Tiguan, I winced at the $25 tire rotation fee when I had already bought VW's service plan. With my 2024 Tiguan (still have the '22), my feathers are ruffled as it now costs $35 for the tire rotation. Honestly, I'm being forced to pay for the "free" safety check of my brake pads every time I bring the car in for VW's incomplete service. Tire rotations should be included in the service price and service plan I purchased. Instead it looks like VW is nickel-and-diming the customer, and that reflects poorly on VW and the dealer. VW provide's this negative-reinforcement "experience" a minimum of once a year. This is a perfect example of when to kick your marketing geniuses and bean counters out of the service area. They are causing harm to the VW reputation with every person that has bought one of your vehicles for multiple encounters throughout their ownership. Seriously, get a clue please.
