The team at Tracy VW have assisted me in purchasing two vehicles over the past 9 months. One was used and one was new. On both occasions, Phil Maker, the salesperson was informed, patient, and fun. He spent a lot of time with me to help me understand the details of each car, from the engine to the paint and everything in between. I felt very informed and relaxed as I move through the purchasing process on both occasions.
