Chris kept me updated with the status of the recall work and the job was completed successfully. Though it took a bit longer than anticipated it was not a problem as I had been given a loaner car.

The Tracy VW sales rep, Steve Tellegen, was excellent! He leased my first VW ID.4 in 2021 and I used him again when I decided to lease the 2024 ID.4. I wanted a specific exterior color (Arctic Blue) for the AWD model and it needed to be ordered. He kept me update to date through out, especially when sales of the ID.4 were put on hold during the Fall and early Winter. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.
