    I live on Martha's Vineyard which always creates a little excitement with scheduling. Chris has always been extremely helpful in working to make sure that I can have a loaner if necessary and get back home on the same day. Very pleasant to work with, I find that she always makes the extra effort and is very detailed oriented.

    Could not drop off my car for an oil change and come back to pick it up when it was done. I had to leave it for 4 hour window. I ended up having to drop it off for the whole day. Very onconvenient
