I love the service I have received, but this time it was my first experience with the text of a video showing my vehicle on the lift. It showed the need for bushing replacement and air filter replacement. There was no phone call and because I’m at work, I didn’t see the video text until it was too late to respond. I would have appreciated a call so I could at least have approved replacement of the air filter. I know that customers including myself cannot always pick up on calls while at work, but I sure would have appreciated service using their judgement to at least replace the air filter which was obviously very in need.
