The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. They provided a loaner car for the entirety of my delayed service. They were flexible and accommodating with my timing to return the vehicle.

They did nto even look at my car on the day of the appointment. Reminded me of the Seinfield eppisode where the resturant does not have a table available for their reservation. They missed the fact that my inspection was expired for 2 months. So much for a saftey inspection!!
