I have had work done on my cars at many VW dealers and honestly Tracy VW has been the very best. I've been going to Tracy VW for over 10 years now. Christine has always been amazing. She's organized and so efficient, I feel like I'm in great hands when scheduling and having service work done with Christine in charge of it. She always keeps me updated on progress or if something needs to be addressed on either of my vehicles. The work I've had done at Tracy VW has always been great. My experience with Chris in Sales has also been great. He was super helpful and he made the entire purchasing process fun! Everyone at Tracy VW has always been welcoming and friendly.
