Was in for service. The advisor was friendly and they got the job done. The reason for the 2 star review was that I got overcharged on the service (oil change). When questioned the amount of oil my car took, was told apparently my car takes that amount. I compared it to all my other oil change slips and those were accurate. Not sure why my car takes more oil now than it ever had and why the price on the drain plug went up on this change vs all the others. I would assume if your in the business, you would know theses things and question why the charge is more than other oil changes. It makes me feel that they were trying to recover costs on the “warranty work” for the techs time without being straight with me

I was scheduled for both an oil change and front passenger seat recall fix. I let them know over the phone that I would be traveling from the Vineyard and how long will it take due to scheduling for the ferry. I was told 3 hours. When I dropped off the car, I was asked if I was able to leave the car until 5pm! I was shocked because I was told 3 hours and had a ferry reservation to come back. Needless to say, I didn't get the recall done due to time. The woman at the service reception is not friendly at ALL. I've had this issue in the past and didn't mention because sometimes people have bad days. I think she has a bad day every day. So now, I have to spend another $200 just to get another boat reservation to get the recall done because I was given wrong information. Also, it's a car dealership, why aren't "loaner" cars available? No fun sitting for 3 hours when I could be running errands to make the trip worthy of being off-island.
